Make Bad Art is where you stop perfecting and start feeling.
This is your weekly gathering to create things that will never see Instagram.
A space where you can connect with your feelings and remember that creativity is meant to be restful, not another form of productivity.
We gather every Sunday online to remember that making art doesn't have to mean anything or look pretty, it just has to feel like coming home to yourself.
There's no right way to do this, only your way.

A registered Art Psychotherapist working online from Spain.
My work helps people process and release what's held in the body through creative expression, without needing to find the words.
Creativity is how I show up to myself. When big feelings move through me, art and movement are what help me find my ground again. That's why I became an art therapist. And it's why I created this space.
Make Bad Art is a space where I can create without performing, rest while making, and remember what my hands already know.
I hope it becomes that for you too.
We're making art the way it's meant to be made: as a way to listen to ourselves, to play, to process, to breathe.
As permission to be human.

There’s two options:
Make Bad Art Membership includes full access to live sessions where we create together as a community with an art therapist present, plus all session recordings if you ever need to catch up.
Library Access gives you full access to all past session recordings so you can create at your own pace, on your own time.

Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership anytime.
-
Yes! New sessions are added weekly, and each week features a different theme with different art prompts to explore. You can choose whichever ones resonate with you most.
-
Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
-
Not quite. While I'm an art therapist trained in mental health treatment, this membership isn't the same as art therapy.
This is a creative community where we gather to make art, let go of perfectionism, and reflect, which can feel really therapeutic. The experience can be deeply therapeutic, but it doesn't replace actual therapy. If you're feeling like you need more support, I'd love for you to reach out so we can explore what might work better for you. -
Nope. Zero artistic ability required. In fact, the name kind of gives it away, this is Make Bad Art. We focus on the process, not how it looks.
This is your space to create freely, without needing it to be pretty or perfect. You'll use simple art materials you already have at home, and all prompts are designed to be guided but also give you freedom to explore in your own way.
